Having qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1992, I worked in the NHS for 10 years before moving into the private sector where I have been for the last 20 years.

My specialty lies in Musculo-skeletal Rehabilitation, a very broad area which ranges from back pain, neck pain, headaches, sports injuries, sprains, strains and pains, to post surgical rehabilitation. This includes treatment following knee, hip and shoulder repair and replacement.

 I also work with clients who have chronic pain.

I have experience in Vestibular rehabilitation, helping to relieve symptoms of dizzyness, vertigo, BPPV and balance disorders. I am a member of ACPIVR (Association of Chartered Physiotherapist in Vestibular Rehabilitation).

I particularly enjoy helping to improve individuals' mobility, and work with people in their home to maintain independence, reduce falls and improve quality of life.

I pride myself on manual 'hands on' therapy, and gearing treatment specifically to each individuals' requirements.
